Terramatris documents a new live Bitcoin research strategy as a dated, risk-aware research record. Reporting begins from the strategy’s actual start date. No historical performance is implied by this page.
This page is educational and informational only. It is not investment advice, an offer, or a description of managed capital.
Strategy Overview
The initial research concept is to hold BTC spot and use BTC options selectively where the instrument, collateral, liquidity, and risk conditions are suitable. The purpose is to document the trade-off between option premium, BTC exposure, execution constraints, and the result of simply holding BTC.
The strategy is not designed to promise income or remove market risk. Excessive leverage is avoided. A decision not to trade is a valid outcome when liquidity, collateral, pricing, or risk conditions do not meet the documented standard.
Current Position
Current BTC holdings, valuation method, and exposure are published only in dated reports when approved source data and methodology are available.
Options Activity
Options activity is recorded only when a trade is made or a decision is material. A dated record may identify the instrument, option type, expiry, strike, size, premium, fees, collateral treatment, decision rationale, and resulting exposure where those facts are approved for publication.
BTC options are not described as mechanically covered unless the actual settlement, collateral, and delivery mechanics support that description.
BTC Benchmark
When reporting data is available, results will be compared with a defined BTC spot benchmark over the same dated period. The benchmark source, timestamps, valuation method, and treatment of cash, fees, and open exposure will be stated with the report.
Performance
No performance figure is presented until the underlying data and methodology are approved. Future records will distinguish option premium, realized results, unrealized exposure, fees, portfolio value or NAV where applicable, and the BTC benchmark.
Methodology
Each dated report should identify its reporting period, timezone, valuation source, methodology version, data-reconciliation state, and correction history. Unknown or unavailable data will be labeled as such rather than estimated.
Risks
BTC and options activity involve substantial market, volatility, liquidity, execution, collateral, counterparty, operational, and regulatory risk. Options can cap upside, increase exposure, create assignment or settlement obligations, and produce results that differ materially from premium received. Historical results do not guarantee future outcomes.
