Ecocity SamGori in Tbilisi is our first real estate investment project in Tbilisi. 

After careful market research, we partnered with a local Georgian METI Development company and decided to proceed with investment in one bedroom apartment in Samgori EcoCity Project.

We expect this project to be completed by the end of 2024, mid-2025

Timeline

• January 2023: Building permission from Tbilisi city municipality

• December 2022: Signed agreement with Meti Development

• November 2022: Secured a 47sm2 apartment on the 5th floor

• October 2022: Did the initial scouting in the area
