TerraM token

TerraM (TERRAM) is the native token of the Terramatris ecosystem, a crypto-focused investment project built around disciplined options trading, capital preservation, and long-term compounding. The token is designed to align long-term participants with the development and visibility of the Terramatris strategy, without representing ownership or equity in any legal entity.

TerraM is not a share, security, or profit-participation instrument. Holding the token does not grant ownership rights, voting rights, or a legal claim on the assets or profits of Terramatris or any associated fund. The token functions purely as a utility and ecosystem participation asset within a broader crypto investment framework.

The token has a fixed supply of 10,000 TERRAM, minted on the Solana blockchain in December 2022. The capped supply reflects a scarcity-based design, avoiding inflationary emissions or ongoing token issuance.

Terramatris operates multiple strategies, including the TerraM Multi-Asset Fund, which focuses primarily on systematic options trading. As part of the project’s internal policy, up to 20% of weekly net options income generated by the TerraM Multi-Asset Fund may be allocated to support the TerraM token, primarily through liquidity provisioning and market support activities. These allocations are discretionary, performance-dependent, and subject to change based on market conditions and risk considerations.

Any liquidity support or token-related activity is not guaranteed and should not be interpreted as a promise of price appreciation or returns. TerraM remains a high-risk crypto asset, and participation assumes a clear understanding of market volatility, liquidity constraints, and regulatory uncertainty.
